Hotel Policy

Welcome to Vacation Village! We want to ensure that your stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable. To provide a pleasant experience for all our guests, we have established the following hotel policies. Please take a moment to review them. 

  1. Check-In and Check-Out
  • Check-In and Out Time: Our standard check-in time is 2 PM, and check-out is by noon.
  • Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Identification: A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for verification purposes.

  1. Reservation and Payment
  • Reservations: We accept reservations online and through our front desk. We recommend booking in advance to secure your room.
  • Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfer  and cash payments. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The reservation will be successful only after the payment has been made.
  • Postponement Policy: You can postpone your booking for the duration specified by your booking’s promotion by contacting us via any channel. You must inform us at least 7 days in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: Once a reservation has been made, it cannot be canceled.
  • Refund: Refund is not possible.
  • Room price and sales: The hotel reserves the right to close the sale or increase the price on that date if the number of rooms is limited.

  1. Room Policies
  • Occupancy: Room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may incur extra charges. Please check the maximum occupancy for your room type.
  • Extra bed/Additional guests: An extra bed will be extra charged with breakfast included, Children from 2-11 years olds who do not need an extra bed will be charged for breakfast.
  • Smoking: Smoking is permitted in some areas. Please do not smoke in the prohibited area or common area.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay.
  1. Guests’ age
  • Guests who are over 12 years old are considered adults.
  • There is a special rate for children aged 2-11 years old.
  • There is no extra charge for children aged under 2 years old.

Children’s Privacy

We do not collect information from children under 12.

Pet Friendly Policy

  1. Pets can only be accommodated in rooms designated by each property of ours; Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn – Poolside Terrace rooms, Vacation Village Phra Nang Lanta – Beach front studio rooms and Wareerak Hot Spring and Wellness – Bamboo Cottage rooms. Please check the availability before booking.
  2. Free of charges! – For the first pet that weighs less than 10kg.
  3. Only restriction at Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn; Pets that customers will bring to Vacation Village Phra Nang Inn must not exceed 10 kg. At Vacation Village Phra Nang Lanta and Wareerak Hot Spring and Wellness, Pets’ weight can exceed with an additional charge per night for +300 THB.
  4. Additional charge per night for the second pet which is not more than 10 kg +300 THB / more than 10kg. +600 THB.
  5. Maximum of 2 pets allowed per room.
  6. Pets are not allowed inside Public areas including restaurants, spas, bars, swimming pools and the hot springs, according to the regulations and requirements of the Public Health Organization.
  7.  Pets cannot be left in the room without supervision.
  8. Guests must prepare equipment such as bedding, towels, food, leashes or cages.
  9. Please be responsible for keeping pets clean when in the hotel. There should be equipment in cleaning and deodorizing all the time.
  10. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, the hot springs, lying on the bed, chair or using the hotel clothes.
  11. Pets must be on a leash. Or carry all the time when in public areas.
  12. There is a deposit of 2,000 baht before arrival and will be refunded upon check-out.
  13. Guests with pets agree to be liable for damages caused by pets. Hotel reserves the right to charge additional damages
  14. Please take care of your pets so they don’t disturb other hotel guests.
